LG Refrigerator - Why does a refrigerator door wobble?

Troubleshooting

Why does a refrigerator door wobble? (Standard/Commercial refrigerator)

symptom   Symptom

■ A refrigerator door wobbles.

cause   Cause

This may occur due to the air pressure (the cold air circulation) inside the refrigerator. A refrigerator is designed to have the air passage to allow air to circulate between the freezer and refrigerator compartments. When the fridge door is opened and closed, internal air is compressed and pushed to the opposite side, causing a refrigerator door to wobble temporarily.

how to fix   How to fix

1.     This is not a sign of defect and it is safe to use.

2.     Check the door rubber seal as this can occur when sealing weakens. Wipe the door seal with a cloth before use.

3.     If this symptom persists, adjust the refrigerator to be slightly tilted towards the back.
