Does the product operate automatically when the power is supplied?

If lace/frills on a cover which has been placed above or below the product is caught between the door and the product, the door open/close detection switch cannot be pressed, so the product may operate by itself when power is supplied.
The product may operate automatically or food may not be reheated even though only the power plug is plugged in.

Try this

Is there a cover caught in between the door and the body of the product?

➔ Remove the cover and adjust its position so that it won’t be caught in between the door and the body.

Is there a foreign object caught in between the door and the product?

➔ Wipe off the foreign object.

How to check if it operates normally
Put water in a cup and heat it for 2 to 3 minutes; check if the water is hot.
