[LG gas oven] The fish is undercooked by the oven.

Troubleshooting

If the fish comes out undercooked, ensure that the oven rack is positioned on the top level.
Cooking times may vary depending on the size of the fish, so when cooking a fish that is larger than the weight suggested in the cookbook, adjust and add more cooking time.

When cooking fish with high moisture content, only the surface of the fish may become cooked or burnt.
Also, a lot of smoke can be generated during cooking.
※ When cooking frozen fish, make sure to thaw it completely before cooking.

Try this

1. Grilling involves cooking thin foods such as fish and meat at high temperatures for a short time, therefore does not require preheating.
2. When grilling, use the grilling rack on top of the grilling tray, and there is no need to add water to the grilling tray.
3. For fish with a low fat content that is prone to stick, it is recommended that you apply cooking oil to the surface of the fish before cooking.
4. When cooking with aluminum foil, poke holes in the foil to allow the oil to drain out.
5. Flip the fish over once during the grilling process.
