I can't print
Symptom
Printing seems not working well
Cause
If it is not warmed up or if it is Progressive JPEG file, it will not be printed.
How to fix
① Wait for 2 minutes to warm up.
② Check the file size if it is smaller than 10 MB.If it is Progressive JPEG file, it won’t be printed.
③ After smart sheet comes out, it may take some time to print.
④ Check if there is print sheet.
⑤ Having everything normal, if it still doesn’t print, push reset hole to initialize.
