Rated 3 out of 5 by from OK but a few niggles I'll be honest I mainly got this player as a "tuner" for Netflix and Spotify as I already have another Bluray player. As a player all seems to work fine. it was pretty easy to set up also. Netflix works fine, where as Netflix on my Panasonic doesn't ! Spotify works although for some reason "My Music" doesn't appear on the app which is really annoying. Its there on the PC and Tablet version I was also attracted to the Miracast facility to show my tablet screen on the TV. First it didn't work, then it did, after a mains turn off, - and was good, now it doesn't work again ! Things that don't work as they should really annoy me I would rather not have them in the first place. So a mixed set of results really

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unreliable WiFi makes nice features useless The WiFi connection is completely unreliable. There must be firmware issues that LG have not properly addressed and it's a pity as the apps and Netflix are great ... when you can connect! If you're only interested in the Blu-ray and 3D - it's fine. Don't be fooled by the reviews of those who have this product only a few days - I was also enthusiastic initially. Now, I'm sorry I bought it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loving the smart features I was a little apprehensive when purchasing my first blu ray player. I needn't have been it is very easy to use and the smart features allow access to streaming sites such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. The remote also works on my TV to a degree with input selector and volume control. That was very unexpected as you normally have to pair the remote to the TV. Overall a very pleasing purchase and i am still discovering new things on it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from rubbish won't connect to WiFi so not smart at all When I tried to log the fault on the website the postcode was not accepted Tried hundreds of times and gave up Will phone customer services and get a replacement . I would not recommend this product. It is cheap platicky and doensnt work. :+
