I have a solar system and I need to know how many watts does it use?

Does this unit have a supporting bracket for local law 11 in nyc?

The LG 8,000 BTU DUAL Inverter Smart Wi-Fi Enabled Window Air Conditioner, Model # LW8022IVSM is also sold in other U.S. states other than NYC that do not require a supporting bracket as required for local law 11 in NYC so a supporting bracket is not included with the air conditioner and it will have to be purchased separately...^Ivan
