Great except for one thingHave used my new stove one week. Pretty happy with it except that the burners are arranged poorly. Front right is the largest and called "Super Boil". Behind it is "Simmer". You must reach over the largest pot to get to simmer pot. It's the same on the left; the bigger of the two burners is in the front. Again, you have to reach over large burner to get tot smaller burner. If you plumbed water to stove to ease filling pasta pot, you would still have to move the full pot to the front burner. I decided on this stove simply because the fifth burner is round, not oval. I knew I did not want the griddle option where that burner is usually oval.

Defective Product, Do Not BuyI purchased this product new from AJ Madison and it was delivered without issue. However, upon setup the convection options did not work. This issue is covered under the manufacturer's one year warranty. LG has sent service repair personnel to my house 10 times in an attempt to repair the unit. During the 10 visits the repair personnel have managed to scratch the surface of the stove, scared my new hardwood floors from taking it out and in so many times and now it make a loud ticking noise when it heats up in regular bake mode. AND, the convection options still do not work!!! After 10 unsuccessful attempts to repair the range, LG refuses to replace the defective unit. I have taken a week of vacation time waiting for their repair personnel to ruin the visual appearance of my stove and my floor and not fix its internal issue. It has been deemed "unrepairable" by the service technicians they have sent to fix it. I have been more than reasonable in my attempts to get this product repaired and it needs to be replaced.
I will add pictures of the damage caused by the technicians to my cook surface and to my floor, as well as a video of the noise it now makes when heating up.
I imagine that I would be giving a good review for this stove if it actually worked or if LG could fix it when it breaks.

Can the rack burner covers be purchased separately?
Asked by: Jangut
Hi Jangut. We are not clear on what you are referring to as the rack burner covers for the LG 6.3 cu. ft. Gas Single Oven Slide-in Range with ProBake Convection® and EasyClean®, Model # LSG4511ST and will need some clarification. If you are referring to the 3 professional-style grates for the range oven, they can be purchased separately from our LG Authorized Parts Distributor:

Can I switch the center round burner for an oval one? I would like to use a griddle in the center but understand that it is not recommended for this model due to the round burner. Can I buy an oval burner and griddle to convert this range?
Asked by: Dee pea
We apologize, the center burner is factory installed and is not able to be removed to be replaced with an oval burner. We would be happy to help you find a range that fits your needs best. Is there a child lock on this range since controls are on front? Does the oven door lock? Also store websites all indicate self cleaning?
Asked by: Concerned Grandma
The LG 6.3 cu. ft. Gas Slide-in Range with ProBake Convection® and EasyClean®, Model # LSG4511ST has a Lockout feature that prevents most oven functions from being turned on, but on this model, it does not automatically lock the oven door. That feature is only available on higher-tiered models. The Lockout Feature also does not disable the timer nor the interior oven light. This range oven only has the EasyClean® feature and does not have the Self-Clean feature like the higher-tiered models do...^IFV

Broiler flame does not ignite

We regret the inconvenience you have experienced with the Range. If the broiler does not ignite, then there is certainly something not processing properly. The unit will likely require service.
