Rated 1 out of 5 by from Negative stars This camera was great when it had an app that was available. I have some great shots from the vacation I took it on a couple years ago. I was getting it ready for another outing and found that I have no access to it, no way to use it. I am so disappointed in LGs lack of response, this was an investment in equipment and was great, the lack of an app to access the functions is inexcusable. I will be sure to share this experience with others so they are aware that LG is not a safe investment.

"Camera is unavailable please try later." I have had the camera for three weeks and it suddenly starting doing this. The app can access the settings (battery & amt of free space) but won't access the gallery or take pictures

I use shutter to start video. Video starts but will not stop recording when button is pressed. Also no video or pics save properly.... videos not at all.
