Monitor awakens with bad resolution choices
I have this connected to a MacBook Air and in normal operation (e.g., when I start up) everything is fine. However, when the system awakens from sleep, sometimes the LG monitor comes up with really awful resolution choices -- see attached screenshot. It comes up at 800x600 and the profile does not offer the correct, higher resolution ration/choices. Also, it is shown as a generic "VGA Display" (see top of Settings Window) rather than being shown as the proper LG model. If I click the "Color" tab I do see the Profile for the LG but the monitor does not recognize or avail itself of that profile.
