I called customer support and was impressed with the short wait time for someone to help and they quickly resolved my issue. This monitor's resolution provide crisp images. Very happy with purchase.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from No color on the corners Connected to 2019 MacBook Pro 13", less than a year old. Great monitor when it works. Now the corners are rounded and do not have any color. And I cannot find any useful info on the LG website on this issue.

How do you adjust speaker volume when using the monitor speakers?

The LG 27'' Class 4K UHD IPS LED Monitor with HDR 10 (27'' Diagonal), Model # 27UK600-W does not have built-in speakers. It has a Headphone Out (3.5 mm port) that you can connect a Soundbar or computer speakers to for sound and there is a joystick button under the panel in the middle where the LG logo is that can be toggled to the left or to the right to adjust the volume...^IFV

For mounting on a VESA 100x100 stand, is there a way to remove the white plastic plate where it appears the mount should go, or are you just supposed to attach directly on top of that plastic plate?

Are both HDMI ports on this monitor the 2.0 specification? I'm having a problem getting my laptop to display 4k@60hz using HDMI.

Both HDMI ports on the LG 27" Class 4K UHD IPS LED Monitor with HDR 10 (27" Diagonal), Model # 27UK600-W are HDMI 2.0 ports, but more importantly when it comes to being able to pass a 4K signal, both HDMI ports are also HDCP 2.2 compliant so every device in the video signal path needs to have HDMI ports that are HDCP 2.2 compliant otherwise the 4K signal will not pass if any device is not HDCP 2.2 compliant...^IFV
