There are pro and pro care ownership options. Pro is available for $79.99/year and includes 5% rewards points, free installation, and access to a VIP MyLG ownership helpline. Pro care is available for $169.99/year and includes all pro benefits plus in person maintenance service and additional repair discounts. Learn More

You can join through LG.com, or receive assistance from our customer service team for enrollment. Benefits begin immediately upon purchase and the membership is valid for one year on a subscription basis. MyLG Ownership Program are automatically renewed every year using your selected payment method. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime before the renewal date via My Page or by contacting customer service.

No, MyLG Ownership benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the LG.com account holder. Sharing with family members or others is restricted. See Terms & Conditions

The MyLG Ownership Program warranty provides a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty on eligible LG.com purchases made after enrollment. You are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you have not used any benefits such as free accessories, repair services, or reward points.
