Is there a way to turn off digital display showing through front of sound bar covering? Extremely annoying!! My LG OLED C1 is wall mounted as is my LG SP7Y 5.1 sound bar so all is visible but has been professionally hung no cords. Thank You

The display for the LG SP7Y 5.1 Channel High Res Audio Sound Bar with DTS Virtual:X will automatically dim after 15 seconds when there is no active input for 15 seconds. When you press any button, the status display will light up again...^Ivan

I have the blinking light on the sub woofer but I am not getting any bass.

When your connection is not completed, you can check red LED on the wireless subwoofer and the wireless subwoofer does not make sound. To solve the problem, follow the steps below. 1. Press Pairing button on the rear of the wireless subwoofer. - The green LED on the rear of the wireless subwoofer blinks quickly. (If the green LED does not blink, press and hold the Pairing button.) 2. Turn on the main unit. 3. Pairing is completed. - The green LED on the rear of the wireless subwoofer turns on It takes a few seconds (and may take longer) for the main unit and the subwoofer to communicate with each other and make sounds. The closer the main unit and the subwoofer, the better sound quality. It is recommended to install the main unit and the subwoofer as close as possible and avoid the cases below. - There is an obstacle between the main unit and the subwoofer. - There is a device using same frequency with this wireless connection such as a medical equipment, a microwave or a wireless LAN device. - Keep the sound bar and the subwoofer away from the device (ex. wireless router, microwave oven, etc.) over 1m (3.3 ft) to prevent wireless interference.

Unit just quit sound output all of a sudden. Connected via optical to LG tv, turns on, when i increase sound red light blinks twice then stays sound at all. I have remote rear speakers too. HELP

What size are the 2 included screws that are used to mount the soundbar to the wall mount brackets? These were missing when I bought the unit.

how can i increase the max volume? my tv speakers are much much louder than the bar s 100. also, what is the menu of items across the bottom of the screen? it seems to be highlighting tv features, like the brightness and clarity of the picture.

Can the sound bar be mounted directly to the bottom of an LG TV ? My TV is wall mounted with a "hinged" bracket and it does not appear that it would be easy to attach a the bar to it.

Unlike the LG 4.1 ch High-Resolution Audio Sound Bar, Model # SJ8 which could be mounted directly under OLED65C7P, OLED55C7P, OLED65B7P and OLED55B7P LG OLED TVs using the LG Sound Bar Bracket, Model # T8, there isn't a bracket that is designed for the LG 2.1 ch High Res Audio Sound Bar w/ DTS Virtual:X Sound, Model # SK5Y. However, it does come with two brackets that you can use the supplied Wall Bracket Install Guide to align the brackets as close to the bottom of the TV as you can get it...^IFV
