Rated 5 out of 5 by from LG G-Pad X8.0 I love it. I got this G-Pad X8.0 from AT&T a couple years ago. I had a G-Pad 7.0 LTE and chose to upgrade because of the size of the 8.0. The X8.0 does everything I need. The only thing it doesn't have, like the 7.0 does is the ability to change sounds for certain apps, but now I'm used to the sounds of incoming the apps. I still have the 7.0 and will keep it as a backup if I ever need it. This tablet is unbeatable with the (gorilla so called) screen, It has been dropped numerous times, sat on etc. etc. and there is only one tiny crack in the bottom right corner that doesn't affect anything.

I bought LG G Pad X 8.0 from a pawnshop and it was reset but still has the previous owners google account attach to it. how can I do a complete system reset to put my info on there?

Asked by: jcolbert20
Hello jcolbert20, Having this LG G Pad X 8.0 with the previous owner’s information on it can be problematic, but there is a way to remove it in order for you to enjoy it! What you are experiencing is called FRP (Factory Reset Protection). I understand this has been reset. To make sure it has been reset properly, you can attempt an alternate factory reset from step 5 here:!/interactive/id/interactive_1500011136?make=LG&model=LGV520 Please visit this link from LG for further details about how to bypass the FRP: I hope you are able to get this resolved. Have a great day! Adam, AT&T Community Specialist
