Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV for the Price My wife purchased this TV in 2014, TV is still working great with no issues. Sound is not the best but a soundbar can easily fix this. I see everyone saying that the picture went out, they must be watching it 24/7. I know its discontinued but it is a good TV.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Loved but died! I loved the LG brand and was excited to purchase out TV in December 2013 but here we are and I have no screen and no sound! Did some investigating on fixes and tested a few remedies and found with a flashlight the screen was on but no backlight( too complicated for me) and called to try to have it repaired and no one around works on LG .Now to look for a new TV. Disappointed.

LG 50LN5200  The picture is constantly going from clear to just slightly blurry every 15 seconds ... Does it on cable or DVD how do I fix this ? Thanks

I just got a new  50 inch LED 1080. I cannot tell if there is a plastic film on the screen. Please advise if there is a film on all new TVs that needs removal upon opening pkg.

We appreciate your interest in this television. Typically these TVs are packed only with a protective film over the bezel of the screen, but not necessarily on the screen itself.

To start off, this was a great tv so far. Awesome picture and quality. I bought March of 2014, so it isn't extremely old but just a few days ago the screen went completely black but I still had audio. I reset it and no luck. What's wrong? Any suggestions?

What is the cost of the 50" LCD panel on this TV? Just the LCD, nothing else.

I bought this TV on 12/02/13 and yesterday while watching a program it went off, the red light went off too, like it had lost electric power.

I unplugged it and waited a few minutes then plugged it back in, still nothing. Any suggestions? Is there some kind of a reset button or a power button on the television? LG 50" 50LN5200 1080p 60Hz LED HDTV
