super easy to learn all the extra features
Actually bought this tv couple years ago and was quite happy with the basics ...When all the "news" out there was geting out of control wanted to escape and play what I wanted to see..so set up Spotify and Youtube and was blown away on the outcome..and that is only the beginning of my new adventure with my LG ...Thank you so much that a "senior" can figure it out..

BEAUTIFUL Picture!
Exceptional picture and sound right out of the box. I like being able to adjust color and sound to our personal preferences. My husband and I are both over 70 and navigation is straightforward and simple. There are so many new features we could not have ever imagined. Nothing like an LG Tv.

I have this TV is it reliable beyond 2-3 years I see that some have had trouble with there’s just going blank and other problems.
There is no reason that the LG 43-inch Class 4K Smart UHD TV w/AI ThinQ® (42.5'' Diag), Model # 43UM7300PUA shouldn't last you beyond 2-3 years if it is well maintained and is not subjected to power surges or brownouts or faulty electrical outlets...^Ivan

Bought my LG 65 UM7300PUA about over a year ago, and suddenly the pictures quit but there’s still a sound from it… i tried all the possible solution i’ve seen on youtube, but still the problem persists. Please help.
If you have checked the HDMI cables or replaced them or you have unplugged the LG 65 inch Class 4K Smart UHD TV w/AI ThinQ® (64.5'' Diag), Model # 65UM7300PUA for 5 minutes to attempt a reset, or checked your cable set-top box, satellite box, coax cable to make sure that nothing is loose, then the TV will need to be inspected by a qualified LG Authorized Serice Technician or an LG Authorized Service Center to resolve the issue. You can either contact our Customer Support Center at (800) 243-0000 and have them assist you in finding an LG Authorized Service Center in or near your area or use our Service Center locator at https://www.lg.com/us/support/find-service-center...^Ivan

Can you download the Apple TV app on this television
The Apple TV app was introduced to select 2019 LG Smart TVs on 02/04/2020, including the 2019 LG 55 inch Class 4K Smart UHD TV w/AI ThinQ® (54.6'' Diag), Model # 55UM7300PUA, so the app should be on the TV. If it is not on your TV, you can download and install it on your TV through the LG Content Store feature on the TV...^Ivan

I need to uninstall and reinstall the HULU app and / or reset the Cache memory due to the application is extremely slow to load and update the live guide. I am not able to find a menu to allow me to complete these actions. Please help

If the LG UHD TV 65" that you are referring to is the LG 65 inch Class 4K Smart UHD TV w/AI ThinQ® (64.5'' Diag), Model # 65UM7300PUA after you connect the TV to your set-top box, you can view programs and the schedule of the Set-Top Box by pressing the GUIDE button on the right side under the navigation/scroll wheel. If the Magic Remote has a LIST button instead, press the LIST button on the magic remote control and select the GUIDE tab on the left side of the screen...^IFV
