What people are saying
Rated 1 out of 5 by from 3 years old. Broke. I bought this TV 3 years ago. . And now it is broke. The screen is flickering on and off. It is not usable. Very disappointing. We were assured by the staff that LG was the best brand to go with, wrong choice. We spent a very good amount of money for it to quit less than 3 years later. We will not be buying LG products again, how convenient right at Christmas time.

I need to know what are the size screws for the tv stand legs? I have misplaced mine and don't want to wall mount in my new apt.

Asked by: Mike win
The metric measurement for the Stand Screws that came as included accessories with the LG 55" Class (54.6" Diagonal) 1080p Smart w/ webOS LED TV, Model # 55LB6300 is M4 x L14, you need four of them. This information can be found on page 10 of your owner's manual for the TV...^IFV

What size screw is needed for the 4 screw holes in the rear of my TV For mounting ? Length ? Thread count ?

Asked by: dadof03
We appreciate your interest in this television. Wall mounting is performed using 4 machine screws with a M6 measurement. The length of the screw will depend upon the thickness of the mounting bracket as well as the depth of the spacers being used. This information is found on page 19 of the owner’s manual.

How do I change my aspect ratio? My remote doesn't have a cog button and I don't know how to access the settings in order to get to the aspect ratio selections.

Asked by: Peanut42
On this model TV, the SETTINGS are accessed by way of the SMART HOME button, located at the top right edge of the remote control. The SETTINGS “Gear Button” should appear in the upper right corner of the screen.

HELLo, 23 have an LG 55" model:Lg TV 55lb6300 that we purchased in the US.  We just moved to the Netherlands and I already confirmed the power is 110-240. Is there a way to purchase just the European outlet? will I need to turn a switch once I have it?

Asked by: NicoleG
The electrical requirements for the LG 55" Class (54.6" Diagonal) 1080p Smart w/ webOS LED TV, Model # 55LB6300 are the least of your concerns. The built-in tuners in the U.S. version of this TV are designed to receive TV broadcasts in the U.S. and the TV has three built-in tuners, an ATSC tuner, an NTSC-M tuner and a QAM 64 & 256 tuner. The Netherlands now has three major forms of broadcast digital television. Terrestrial (DVB-T/DVB-H), Cable (DVB-C), and Satellite (DVB-S). None of those systems are compatible with the built-in tuners in the TV. In the Netherlands (Holland) the power sockets are of type C and F. In the U.S., the outlets are type A and B. We are not clear about your wanting to buy an outlet, those outlets should already be installed in building, if anything, you will need a power cable and your best bet would be to purchase one in the Netherlands that is designed to fit into their outlets there. But again, you will not be able to receive any TV broadcasts on this TV in the Netherlands, it is not compatible with their broadcast systems...^IFV
