Rated 1 out of 5 by from WiFi Connection Issues TV has a beeautiful picture, HOWEVER, I cannot get the Wifi connected no matter what "suggestions" I try, the network settings do not seem to find the Wifi, and the message states: "Wi-Fi is turned off. Turn it on to see the list of available networks..." etc. The Wifi is working fine and connected on all my other devices. I've tried everything. My "smart" TV is not so smart I guess. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 2 yrs 2 months the wifi connection stopped working wifi connection stopped working and spent time with the LG support on the phone doing everything they suggested resulting in them saying you need it to be repaired. Other on the internet seemed to have the same problem.

Some of the buttons no longer work on my remote and I cannot connect to WiFi. How can I replace the remote? Will any of them work?

The TV legs of our TV have snapped, and we want to get new ones for this specific TV. How may I purchase those? Does LG sell them separately? The TV works fine, we just need new stands.

What is the input lag of this tv, measured in "ms" please

HI TallJack. Regrettably, our specifications do not list an input lag for the LG Full HD 1080p Smart LED TV - 55" Class (54.6" Diag), Model # 55LJ5500. Input Lag is not an official TV specification because it depends on two varying factors; the type of source and the settings on the TV. It will vary according to what you have connected to the TV. There are different methods that are used to measure the Input Lag and they will have varying results. One of the most widely used methods that you will find on online sites that test for input lag is the Leo Bodnar Input Lag Test method which has lists the input lag for this TV as 27.2 ms for 1080p @ 60 Hz in Game Mode...^IFV

How can I use Bluetooth headphones and the speakers at the same time? Someone in my household is hard of hearing so they were headphones while other people watch the tv. Currently we are only able use the headphones or the sound. Not both.
