Rated 4 out of 5 by from A great TV though it had one major issue. I got the TV in 2018 and for years it worked perfectly, great sound and picture. About 3 months ago it stopped connecting to the Wi-Fi, doing some research online I found this was a defect in this particular model. Luckily I had warranty through the place I purchased it from and they told me to contact LG directly. When i did and explained the issue and I did all the work arounds a technician was sent out, replaced a part and it works perfectly again. The TV is fabulous now!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from WiFi Feature not good This TV was a gift, only had it for 3 years and the second year the Wi-Fi feature was out and the chip had to be replaced. In 2020 again the same issue and now they tell me I have to pay for the service to fix the tv.

Some of the buttons no longer work on my remote and I cannot connect to WiFi. How can I replace the remote? Will any of them work?

The TV legs of our TV have snapped, and we want to get new ones for this specific TV. How may I purchase those? Does LG sell them separately? The TV works fine, we just need new stands.

What is the input lag of this tv, measured in "ms" please

HI TallJack. Regrettably, our specifications do not list an input lag for the LG Full HD 1080p Smart LED TV - 55" Class (54.6" Diag), Model # 55LJ5500. Input Lag is not an official TV specification because it depends on two varying factors; the type of source and the settings on the TV. It will vary according to what you have connected to the TV. There are different methods that are used to measure the Input Lag and they will have varying results. One of the most widely used methods that you will find on online sites that test for input lag is the Leo Bodnar Input Lag Test method which has lists the input lag for this TV as 27.2 ms for 1080p @ 60 Hz in Game Mode...^IFV

How can I use Bluetooth headphones and the speakers at the same time? Someone in my household is hard of hearing so they were headphones while other people watch the tv. Currently we are only able use the headphones or the sound. Not both.
