Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not my favorite I bought this tv a few years ago and a year after I bought it it started having network connection issues that I had to connect it to Wi-Fi every single time I used it.(it wasn’t a network problem because every other device and tv in my house works fine, and the wifi router is right by this tv)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great value/ Excellent picture for the price. Unfortunately, we purchase this TV three years ago and recently, due to connection concerns,, we had to add an ethernet cable to stream. This has caused daily problems with popups on the screen that occur constantly.

Why did all of a sudden my tv screen go black but the sound is perfect and I can still change the channels and click on the apps. It’s just the screen ?

Asked by: Jazz99
We regret to read that the screen on your LG UK6500AUA 4K HDR Smart LED UHD TV w/ AI ThinQ® - 55'' Class (54.6'' Diag), Model # 55UK6500AUA suddenly turned black but you still have audio, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. The TV will need to be inspected and diagnosed by an LG Authorized Service Technician from an LG Authorized Service Center to determine what the issue is. It could be any one of three issues. It could be a backlight malfunction, an image scanner (T-Con) malfunction, or mainboard firmware errors. Before you call for repair service, you can press the MENU button on the remote to see if the TV´s MENU appears on the screen, If the MENU appears, verify that all video connections are well secured to appropriate jacks on your TV. If the MENU does not appear, you can unplug the TV for 5 minutes to attempt a reset. Unplugging the TV will reset the television and clear any temporary issues...^Ivan

The LG UK6500AUA 4K HDR Smart LED UHD TV w/ AI ThinQ® - 43'' Class (42.5'' Diag), Model # 43UK6500AUA has an AV Sync Adjustment in its menu settings that you can use to adjust the synchronization of the sound from the speakers. The closer to (+), the slower the audio output. If you select Bypass, the TV outputs the broadcast signals or the sound from external devices without any audio delay. The audio may be output before the video because of the time the TV takes to process the video input. Press the home button on the remote, then on the TV, follow Settings > Advanced Settings > Sound > AV Sync Adjustment...^IFV

How can I set up the sound for both the TV speaker and my Bluetooth sound bar

Asked by: Askelo
If your soundbar supports Toslink (optical) then run a wire. It will probably sound better wired anyway.

I use netflix to play atmos movies and use 65uk6500 (HDMI2 ARC) to link my sound bar Sony X9000F (HDMI TV output eARC, support atmos) only display 5.1, is this normal? or miss setting something?

Asked by: leo0207
Leo. Unfortunately the Netflix app requires the playback device to decode Atmos. This TV decodes DTS 5.1. I'm not sure but I'll bet the cheapest route would probably be an Xbox.
