Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Entry Level 4K TV As this TV does not produce the standard RGB structure, some might considered it not full 4K and inferior to other 4K panels, but what this TV lacks in RGB structure it makes up with all of the other great features included with the TV. The IPS panel is good, the Smart OS platform is the best on any TV, the processor used in this TV is quite snippy and the fact that all 3 HDMI ports are 2.2 compliant makes this a very good buy for the right price. All in all, great entry level 4K TV with excellent features.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This TV worked fine for not quite 2 years I bought this TV not quite 2 years ago, didn't get the warranty because never need it with my other TV which lasted over 15 years when I bought this one from Best Buy in Brighton, MI. I called the store to have Geek Squad come out and take a look at it, I knew that there was to be a service charge, and was told that they were to busy to help me. Great customer service!! They did give me a number to LG Teck support which they couldn't help me fix it either. They in turn gave me a phone number to a LG repair person and said if they couldn't fix it in so many words I was out of luck. Totally disappointed in service and the TV.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from AFTER 13 MONTHS VERTICAL STRIPES AND BLANK SCREEN I’ve had this tv for about 1 year and it started giving us problems. Different colored vertical lines started appearing and covering the screen. We don’t overuse this tv at all and it’s ridiculous you spend your hard earned money on a purchase like this and then only after 13 months of enjoying it, it stops working

My tv has been stuck on a screen with Chinese writing, a tugboat and what looks like a periscope. Does anyone know how to fix this. It’s not a very old tv and it happened trying to adjust the cable settings

What should the color modes be set at fir the perfect picture?

Hello, the settings are personal preference, however, you can go to HOME > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Smart Picture Mode. Set the option to On to enable this mode. When this is enabled, the TV will automatically adjust to the optimal picture settings based on data it receives on the genre of the program being played. ^AC

Can I turn off Wifi-Direct? Someone is connecting to my TV and displaying improper contents. A popup comes thru which I can decline, but if I don't, the connection establishes within 10 seconds or so. Need an option to fix this.

Compatible apps for the LG 4K UHD Smart LED TV - 55" Class (54.6" Diag), Model # 55UH6030 can be downloaded from the LG Content Store (App Store) which can be launched from the home screen on your TV. Press the home button on the remote to access the home screen then look for the LG Content Store tile on the Home screen. You can use that to search for compatible apps that are available for download to the TV...^IFV
