bad software update
You have me as purchased a 65" lg tv. I actually purchased a 43" tv. It recently prompted me to update the software which I did. Now when it is turned on it displays the home screen with all available channels and apps across the bottom of the screen for about 10 seconds. After contacting support was told they would work on a fix for this. My advice: don't fix what isn't broke.

This TV is amazing. It has a great picture with great detail. The viewing angle is very wide so the viewing position is not limited. Sound and color are impressive. It is easy to make adjustments to all aspects to customize.

Great picture and features, BUT
Great overall tv, but there are problems with the WiFi module. I’ve only had it a few years and connecting to the internet is problematic. Either is doesn’t find any internet connection and tells my the WiFi is turned off, or it connects but often disconnects. Or there are some days it’s just fine. It is really frustrating. I e read many many reviews where people have experienced the same issues. Honestly, I probably won’t ever buy an LG Product again.
