Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good not great Tried to screen share but won’t connect. Call customer service who attempted to assist but said the Wi-Fi module isn’t working. Never worked. No help from LG. Won’t get another LG product if you don’t stand behind it. Define a manufactured defect.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Loved this TV when we bought in 2018. Now only 5 years later it is so dark and cannot even see some of the picture even after adjusting all of the settings. We think LEDs are burnt out but expected to at least last us a few more years. Not sure if even worth it to repair so we are going to purchase a new TV and unfortunately planning to try a different brand than LG

How do I turn on smart picture mode? It’s grey out. I cannot even access it. I feel like the screen is so dark at night. I’ve tried to brighten and adjust to all picture modes.  Help…

Smart Picture Mode for the LG 4K UHD HDR Smart LED TV - 65'' Class (64.5'' Diag), Model # 65UJ6300 is only available with digital broadcasts and channels connected to the Component In and HDMI In do not support Smart Picture Mode. If it is greyed out, it means that it is not available for the content that you are watching. If the picture is dark, you may want to try turning the Energy Saving mode off on the TV then turn the Backlight feature up in the Picture Mode Settings on the TV...^Ivan

it has arc. Does it support eARC? Can it be updated to use eARC?

Hello ksteve. The LG 4K UHD HDR Smart LED TV - 65'' Class (64.5'' Diag), Model # 65UJ6300 is a 2017 model and it has HDMI 2.0 ports and HDMI 2 supports HDMI ARC functionality. It does not support HDMI eARC functionality. That is an HDMI 2.1 specification and the ports for this TV cannot be updated for HDMI eARC functionality...^IFV

the bluetooth audio is oout of sync with the video. how do i adjust syncronization of video with blue tooth audio?
