So I am little confused. For the LG 50 inch 4K TV there is the 50UM69 and 50UN73 models. Still trying to figure out what is the difference between them since I have not found any article online referencing it. I am about making a lifetime purchase please.

Asked by: Arnold from Cameroon
In the naming convention for our televisions, the "M" in the model number for the LG 50 inch Class 4K Smart UHD TV (49.5'' Diag), Model # 50UM6900PUA identifies it as a 2019 model and the "N" in the model number for the LG 50 inch Class 4K Smart UHD TV with AI ThinQ® (49.5'' Diag), Model # 50UN7300PUF identifies it as a 2020 model. You can use the 'Add to Compare' function on our site to see the differences between the TVs, however, you should be aware that these TVs will not work in Cameroon. The power requirements for these TVs and for our TVs that are sold in the U.S. is an AC voltage of 120V, 50/60Hz. Cameroon operates on a 220V supply voltage and 50Hz. Then there is the issue of the built-in tuners in the TVs which are designed for compatibility with the television broadcasts standards in the U.S. and they are not compatible with the standards used in Cameroon...^IFV

I have 6 of these in my bar area in close proximity to each other and am looking for a good remote control solution to control them. Any suggestions

Asked by: Gringo Joe
Having three of the LG 49 inch Class 4K Smart UHD TV (48.5'' Diag), Model # 49UM6900PUA TVs in close proximity means that when you operate one of them with its remote control, the other TVs will respond to the same remote. The only way to control one TV at a time would be for you to shield the infrared signal for the remote control from the other two TVs so you only operate one TV at a time. You may want to look into programmable universal remotes to see if they might provide a solution that best suits your needs...^IFV
