I see there are two versions of this tv: 84UB9800-UA and 84UB9800-CA. I just ordered this TV from Amazon and now I am getting worried that I might get stuck with the cheaper one. What is the difference between these versions? How can I tell which version I got?
There is only one version of the LG 84" Class (84" Diagonal) 2160p Smart w/ webOS 3D Ultra HD 4K TV, Model # 84UB9800. When you look at the model numbers on the company site, you will notice that the letters after the model number ( i,e,84UB9800) are dropped. The "UA" or "CA" after the model number are either for identifying what factory the unit came from or maybe something to do with distribution but regardless of what they are, the TV is exactly the same model. If anything on a TV changes, the model number would be different. As long as the model number is the same, it is the exact same unit...^IFV
