I bought this TV in Sept 2019 at Best Buy. Was considering the B8 model but decided as it was my first Smart TV that I would spend a little more. After a couple months, I was so impressed with it, that I bought an identical TV (same model & size - C9 65") for our bedroom. I absolutely love this TV, everything from the interface, the remote, and of course, the picture & thin bezels on all sides. Easy to set up, easy to update apps, has everything I need and then some - couldn't be happier!

    Excellent TV!
What a fantastic and well rounded TV. Love the features, inputs (2.1 is great for future proofing), and the great response time for gaming. I game on a console, use a PC attached to it for work, and even stream movies regularly. Everything about this TV is fantastic with the settings and vibrant colors with deep blacks. The price is even very reasonable with the discounts over the holidays. I will definately look to LG for future TV purchases. Very good TV LG!

    Best TV Ever!
After researching OLED TVs extensively, I decided to go with this one. Consumer Reports gave it an excellent review and for the money, even though it was expensive, it was the best value among OLEDs. Sony's price point for the same size OLED was $1,000 more. It's not a thousand dollars better, however. This LG OLED TV is the best quality picture of any TV I've owned, and I'm glad I spent the extra money on an OLED. OTOH, the owner's manual and other literature that comes with the TV is ... read more pathetic. I'm searching online for a detailed, step-by-step manual of all its wonderful features. I'd even pay for such a book or manual, assuming it was a quality publication. For example, although the bulit-in Alexa feature works perfectly, I can't get it to respond to a single LG TV Alexa command. I've done the Alexa installation in detail according to the on-screen TV's steps, but Alexa just doesn't respond to any TV commands. I decided to not downgrade my overall rating for the above manual deficiencies because the manual situation has nothing to do with the TV itself. If anyone has any manual availability suggestions, please feel free to email me at DanK5 at Hotmail dot com. Thanks! Dan Kap, Buckeye, AZ

    LG Nano 9 Series rocks!!!
I absolutely love my new LG Nano 9 series TV! It is the complete package. Right out of the box, the setup was quick and easy and the magic remote makes operating the TV a breeze. It was instantly noticeable that the full array dimming improved the blacks compared to my previous smart TV. This is my first LG TV and the smart features and interfaces are very user friendly. My son loves his video games and he and my husband were amazed at how much improvement there was in the picture quality with ... read more the gaming mode. A couple days after getting the TV setup we added the LG Soundbar that supports Dolby Atmos like the TV. It took a couple adjustments to align the sound delay but was easy to figure out with the settings on the TV. The end result is amazing especially when watching movies with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. The TV takes care of all of the optimization for Dolby Vision and combined with Atmos it gives you an unbeatable home theater experience. We love this TV! Note: I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.

    Impressive picture and intuitive interface
The LG 55SM9000PUA was delivered in an average size box, and I was actually able to lift it by myself, owing to light TV and just enough packaging to keep it safe in transit. With everything plugged in and the TV hanging from the wall, I noticed immediately how much closer it was to the wall than the previous TV and even the LG OLED TV in the other room. There also didn't appear to be any bezels, at least they aren't visible unless the TV is on, and even then they are only a few centimeters. ... read more Setup was uneventful. I had to select a few options, give it an Internet connection, and I was ready to go.  So far so good, a clean formfactor, uncomplicated setup and I was greeted with a familiar interface. The LG 55SM9000PUA runs the latest webOS, while my LG OLED65G6P is running 3.3. They look very similar to each other, which really helps when going from using a TV in one room to another. My experience with webOS has been overwhelmingly positive, and this iteration continues to build on that. It maintains a shallow menu depth, making it easy to find most functions and is quick to get out of the way so you can get back to the content.  The smart functionality presents itself as tiles along the bottom of the screen, but only when you press the home button. It's mercifully minimalistic, instead of trying to compete with an Apple TV, cable box, or game console, it lets you use common applications like Netflix, but doesn't drown you in a TV world that feels like someone's side job.  Event the remote is pleasantly sparse, it preserves the numeric buttons for those who still have a cable box, but it primarily serves as a motion controlled pointer. It has a scroll wheel surrounded by a directional pad, providing an alternative to those who don't feel like pointing the remote at the TV. Oh, and as an added bonus, the directional buttons and scroll-click work on the Apple TV. Now whatever remote I grab is the "right one."  Honestly, I wasn't expecting much. I only had the 3rd generation Apple TV attached, so I wasn't really pushing a 4k picture. Though even with just a 1080p signal, I could tell it wasn't as soft and washed out like the old TV. Job done, I guess. At some point the TV's screensaver kicked in, the same one that runs on the OLED TV in the other room. The picture looked almost identical. I never expected to get anywhere near the same picture. Even the black levels are exceptional.  I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion

Nice TV with lots of fun stuff
I received this item at a discounted price for my honest feedback. This is replacing a 55" I had in my Living room, the picture quality is flawless, I am in AHH with how crisp and clear the picture is. The TV requires 2 people in my case 3 my helpers were my daughter and my teen son. I had to attach the stand to the TV which was very easy. I gave this 4 stars because of the base stand, the feet are long so I had to adjust where I had to put it since I did not have a bracket to attach it to ... read more the wall. My other issue also has to do with the base if you hit the TV it sways back and forth and with an item like this the last thing you want is a mini heart attack thinking something is going to happen. Set up for the TV was very easy my daughter was flying thru the set up since the remote threw me off with the pointer that showed up on the TV. I sat down and I started to set up my streaming services that I already have set up on the TV and I noticed something called LG channels talk about a wonderful surprise it had 166 channels that were free. I play with this TV everyday and have been learning the in and outs I am just so impressed with the quality of the TV, I have never owned an LG item and I am now a fan.

    Unbelievable TV
Honestly the only reason that I bought the OLED was because my local cable company was no longer going to offer cable service so I had to buy a smart TV and start streaming. WOW, did they ever do me a favor!!!!! This LG OLED55E9PUA Smart TV is unbelievable, the clearest picture that I've ever seen, makes me feel like I'm sitting in a theater somewhere!!!! Hooking it up to a X Box means that I can do so many amazing things now!!!! I can't thank my cable company enough for not offering cable ... read more anymore and LG for making a one of a kind smart TV!!!!! Thanks to the both of you!!!!

    My Review for OLED65E9PUA
Purchased this tv from an amazon 3rd party reseller. First tv came in cracked, 2nd tv was the c9 delivered mistakenly, finally got the e9. Mounted above the fireplace with the lg mount. Picture is the best color I have seen on a Tv. Motion watching the puck during a hockey game is a little jittery. However all in all very happy with this tv.

    Amazing!!
I received my 65” OLED E9PUA tv and my husband unboxed the tv and I could not believe how thin it was. My husband then mounted the tv on the wall and when I turned it on for the first time I could not believe how vivid the color was!! I was completely amazed at how awesome the picture looked. I also love how when I’m watching a movie with a dark background that the true black kicks in and you can actually get a clearer picture!! This TV has so much to offer! It’s a 4K TV with Dolby Vision HDR ... read more Support and the tv connects through WiFi, Bluetooth, and your smart phone! ThisLG OLED TV has access to the LG content store for Apps and a full web browser! You can check your email or browse the internet with this amazing tv. One of my favorite features is that it is controllable via the Google Assistant! I love that!! Oh and the back of the tv has a glass construction! It is so sleek it’s unbelievable. You can also use this SmartThinQ LG OLED tv for Netflix. I love that it has a brilliant, crisp and clear picture which is thanks to the advanced color enhancer and the true color accuracy pro. It’s better than going to the movie theater. You can also use your smartphone to connect to the tv and it comes with a Magic Remote that you can speak into to find your channels and programs. I have a video of my unboxing, the first time I turned on the tv and a video of how clear a dark scene looks when watching on the amazing tv on YouTube at https://youtu.be/8m5DP3fmw1A I totally recommend this awesome tv if you’re wanting a clear crisp theater like picture!!
