What people are saying

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do NOT buy product malfunctions I bought this phone about three years ago, immediately got a case, and never dropped it. My phone like many others here is stuck in a boot loop and over heats. This phone needs to be recalled for malfunctioning. LG needs to do something about this as it is their product. Considering a plethora of people are having the same problem, it's evident it's not the users fault. LG should send out new non refurbished phones, due to the nature of this problem. I'm not sure why I am required to put my age on this as my age doesn't change the facts. Demographic info should be optional. Age range has nothing to do with the product or it's malfunction.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not bad for awhile, but boot loop problems My wife and I each bought a Nexus 5x phone around 2 1/2 years ago. My phone was replaced by Google after about 6 months due to boot loop problem and eventually needed complete replacement about 1 year ago. My wife's phone lasted awhile longer and just recently died from the boot loop problem. Google is no longer offering any replacement options or compensation for phones with this problem, which is too bad since this has apparently been a widespread problem.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Power packed device I bought this device on Google's Project Fi awhile ago. Besides the rather small 6GB on board with no SD-card option, it's a great all-round device. Screen resolution isn't super but stands against competitors pretty well, even in sunlight. The only achilles heel of this device is the motherboard issues sme customers, including myself have faced. Great to have a customer-centric company like LG doing it's best to replace them for free even outside of the warranty period.
