Gets the job done
The LG X Power | Unlocked
Weight: 4.9 oz
Front Camera Resolution: 5 MP
Broadband Generation: 4G
Cellular Network: CDMA, GSM
SIM slots: Single Slot
Things I Like:
Display is OK
Pretty fast for it's quality
Can run apps well
Excellent battery life
Easy to use
Surprisingly exells in File Transfer
WiFi is pretty stable
Good for casual mobile gamers
Has my favorite phone keyboard experience I've ever had
And last but not least, It has fairly speedy downloads
No haptic while typing
Things I do not like (but can live with)
Takes a long time to start up
The keyboard word suggestions can be a little wacky at times
Multiple apps open at a time can cause major battery loss
The system settings take some getting used to
The emojis are a pain to find
Things I hate (cannot stand)
Hoo boy here we go
When you try to use the search in settings, the app crashes
Scrolling to fast in just about any app (especially discord) often causes the System UI to crash
Turning the WiFi on and off is a huge pain
Whenever an app crashes (which is very often) the whole phone bugs out
Texting is absolutely hopeless
If I spell a word wrong too many times, it saves the word I spelled wrong. Sometimes I try to use the word recommendations, it gives me the wrong spelling of the word instead of the right one. (this is infuriating)
Terrible sound quality
Sometimes certain letter symbols will show up as boxes with crosses in them.
Horrendous camera quality on both sides
Turning up the volume automatically turns up the ringtone instead of turning up media volume (I looked in settings there is no way to change this)
Can barely play online games
There is no easy way to change keyboard languages
Cannot view very many file formats
Can be frustratingly slow at times
Has EXTREMELY bad storage space (16GB *half of it taken up by settings*)
No built in screen recorder
Barely any cases for this model of phone
And for the very last con: Very small screen
I give this phone a 7/10. Pretty good casual phone. Cheap and gets the job done. LG didn't do bad with this phone.

Best ph i have ever owned!
Had this phone 3 years battery still great! I choose my phone strictly on the battery. I play pokemon and other games that can kill a battery quickly over time. Just wish i could buy a new one...

Excellent Budget Priced Phone!
I've had my LG X Power since Christmas 2016, and 2 1/2 years later, still working strong. I bought this thru a Cricket promo at the time for $9.99 and I thought if I get a year out of it I did amazingly well. Now, 2+ years later since I opened the box, my $10 phone is still doing all I wanted it to do. No, it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a Samsung 8 or 9, or the latest iPhone, but it's about $1,000 less than those. They all make calls, send texts, take pics, and put their pants on the same way every morning, but mine just doesn't have talking emojis that mimic me, a feature I absolutely can live without (but I'm not 16, and some teens may find this feature to be worth a $900 add on. I'm retired, and just required a phone that makes telephone calls, and basic features.
I really can't say enough about how well this phone has served me. It has been dropped, rained on, and while under a towel, beaten with hand tools by a 3 year old. Takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'. Maybe some features could have been added, but as it is, its an excellent phone, well built for the price, and obviously works as expected for much longer than anticipated. I'm sure the new X Power models have more features, but if you are looking for a good phone, long battery life (which hasn't diminished much after 2 years), and basic phone functions in a budget priced phone, the LG X Power K450 should be on your very short list.
