Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great bang for the buck Battery life great. 2 gigs ram. Not a bad phone for under 50 bucks

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent for this price point. Just left a 'bottom feeder' Z*E Tracfone, coming to the Tracfone version of this Fiesta 2. The jump from their A5 to this A7 was rough. Android 7 has major issues. Screen timeout? 6 seconds no matter what setting you select. Gotta get an app to do what the broken Android tool should be doing. Prevent incoming calls if the caller is NOT in your contacts? A5 had it. This A7 needs yet another app. A5 settings got divided up and sent to new locations in A7. And more wonders: plug an audio patch cable into the headphone port..... and the European Union demands that my US cellphone MUST turn the volume down. This is a patch cable, EU, not headphones. So, A7 COULD allow stateside users to override. Now, despite the cluster that A7 has become, This phone easily tolerated about 25 apps from the Play store. The speed remains very good. large external storage capabilities, representing the next generation of cellphone capabilities. I'd ask that manufacturers stop blurring the definition of "memory" into one statement. We want storage capacity and RAM amounts. This phone seems adequate to say the least. For those looking for cellphone cases, I've purchased cases for X-Power 2 and they fit fine. The phone pricepoint was perfect. A down side is how live photos get embedded into messages and into Google Drive docs. This first issue is the storage location. I should say multiple storage locations. If you take a photo inside a text message, the photo is stored in a folder titled Messages. Wait, isn't it in the Camera folder? Uhh, I have 2 Camera folders.... one in DCIM, the other in the root folder of internal storage. Take a count: 3 folders. The other issue is scaling. I want to embed high resolution photos, but the A7 on this device scales the photo. 13 megapixels until I send or embed. Hey, Dave: look at this photo of the tiny writing on the device. What? It is all squigglies? Huh. My camera is set for maximum.... There is no A7 setting to defeat that. So, all in all, with Android 5, this phone could have been a real prize. With A7, it is just a good phone that has an OS which confounds users. Oh, A7 now shuts off wifi when you enable cell data.... if you have dead spots on wifi, you'll get zilch after A7 turns off cell data. Oh, and wifi now needs locations services. Never needed locations before and we lived just dandy. In simpler terms, I guess Android 7 messed up my UX.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Where to buy a case? I like the phone but hardly use it until I can get a case. Have looked everywhere online but now luck. Ordered one but it was just a bit too small. On my phone it says it is LG 164 VL, but a piece of cardboard that covered it says L 163 BL So which is it?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love LG but this one has one issue for us. Start up was easy, kept our number. Trying for days to replace the stock ringtones with a song but whenever we hit download, the song goes to Hangouts ring tone and not added to the bottom standard ones. Even tho it says the song is our ringtone, it won't play when phone rings. Our LG Sunset did not have this issue at all. I've tried different versions of MP3 transfers, etc and can't get the songs from Hangouts list. Not sure if we should delete Hangouts and see if there was no choice, would that help. Can't find the solution anywhere on line. I would love a solution.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good for the money but no more 16 gig phones! We picked up a couple of these at work for employees to use as "work only" phones, and they work great for that. Given the price, we can excuse the "barely HD" screen resolution and most other specs, and overall the phones work well. But one big complaint - seriously, 16 gig phones should NOT exist in 2018 - at all. Given the fact that you don't even have 10 gigs of storage within the phone. Yes, you can add a SD card but still, memory is cheap enough now that even the most basic of phones should come with 32 gigs built in right out of the box. Everything else is fine for the price. Just please... evolve your lower-tiered phones away from 16 gigs for good, please.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from outstanding i was given this phone several mos. ago and can find only one downside a locked bootloader otherwise with a fully charged i can play games and watch movies and serf for more than 10 hrs and still be 50%charged from a 20% charge it takes me about 1 1/2 hrs to fully charge. i have several phones but this is the one i use. if i have a friend i liked i would absolutly recomend this but if i didnt like someone i wouldnt tell them for the people who dont like this phone all i can say is "you cant please everyone no matter how good it is" in closing i should also say that i sincerly mean what i say

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good features, good phone, horrible screen. I bought this 2 weeks ago. It's fast and great. Screen is very sensitive. the corner cracked when I pressed the back button. Daughter dropped it one tome while in a completely covered otterbox and the entire bottom fell off.
