I have had this "phone" for 3+ years. The battery (even a newly replaced one) will not hold a charge more than 2 hours. But that isn't the worst part. The cell service is non-existent, even when I lived near a major city. Now, I live 2 miles from a cell tower and have zero (0) bars. If I drive to the area near this cell tower (within 100 yards) I have an excellent signal. Why no signal 2 miles away??? This was a deficiency with Virgin Mobile and it continues with Boost Mobile. In addition, the Wi-Fi connection in my home keeps dropping out and the router is all of 10 feet from the "phone". A 3 word text message can take as much as 5 minutes to be sent. "phone" is meh. Service is not worth the monthly charges. I should be paid to be a customer of Virgin Mobile/Boost Mobile.
Why stay with this "phone" and "service"? Good new phones cost too much. as do alternative services.

Long lasting and you can basically do anything
This phone was bought right before i gave birth to my daughter. It has been through everything you can think of. Including being submerged for minutes at a time. It has outlasted any phone i have ever had. Going on 5 years old. It never slowed and never let me down. The feature i loved most was the reader mode. When i didn't have my glasses on it made it easier to read with less squinting.
I think it is on its last leg. The screen is half blue with a green stripe down the left side. After being dropped in a waterpark i think im going to have to finally say good bye. This device was my lifeline and not sure where to go from here. I guess onto hopefully the lg stylo series!!! Thanks LG for producing a great experience for me with a great phone!!!

I have bought two of these phones and the first one was great, but i fell and cracked the screen. The second one has been nothing but problems. I no longer have a Google network account and lost All my Google Play Music that i purchased. I have spoken with reps, but they claim its Google & Google claims its the phone?? Im very upset. I have had always had LG phones...well no more.
