Rated 2 out of 5 by from eh, not sure I can recommend.... got this phone from Cricket wireless. The specs indicate it comes with a wireless headset. Mine did not, which would be greatly appreciated. The sound quality/volume level is compromised. Sometimes the volume level is great, sometimes I can barely hear it, at full volume. I took the phone back to cricket and wouldn't you know, it was working fine when there. The phone has an FM radio built in. BUT will not work without a headset plugged in to the phone. I tried several headsets that work properly. None would function on the phone. While at cricket wireless, they plugged in a speaker and the speaker worked. I got this phone on june 4th 2018. Today's date is june 27, 2018. I'm 3 weeks in, so I haven't had it a month yet. The problems occurred on the first day of ownership, immediately at the first use. The camera/picture quality is highly lacking. I was surprised at the poor quality, not only in pictures, but also in video. The first day of having the phone, immediately after leaving the cricket store, I was notified that my phone attempted to sign in to my online accounts - from Texas, which is not the state I live in or was in. This happened when I was signing into my google account to start setting up and syncing so I could use the phone with my bookmarks. Speaking of which, I did get the phone to sync up, but now it's not. and I can't figure out how to fix the problem. I've looked to google and the phone settings. Nothing I have found will fix this problem, even though the syncing option is turned on. The phone works. I do enjoy the nice screen size. I don't have anything other than some apps loaded on to it, so it's not bogged down and does load pages fairly quickly. I got this phone in order to disconnect from suddenlink-altice cable/internet/phone service. I wanted to be able to tether and/or use as a hot spot... can't- the option is there but turned off, though I have an unlimited plan. I hope that I don't regret choosing this phone. Do I recommend this phone? not sure. One of the selling points was the fm radio, so I could listen while out and about. without that, and the headphone jack not working, it's just a phone that I may or not be able to hear to have conversations on. I didn't really want to be connected to any service at all times to listen to music, if I didn't have to, and I didn't want to carry more than one device. I'm not always in a car, at home to listen to the radio, or connected to wifi. I received zero resolution with cricket wireless, since some of the problems are intermittent... lastly, I'm not impressed with the battery life or charging time. When connected to wifi, using the phone for internet with the phone service, during calls, etc. , the battery drains fairly quickly. Same as with charging, if connected to wife, the phone will not fully charge overnight. I forgot to turn the wifi off at bed time, set to charge, and even though the battery was not completely dead, the phone only charged to 70% by morning. With the wifi turned off, it will completely charge, but will drain within a few hours of use. I really want to love this phone. it's affordable, nicely designed, etc. It will be awhile before I can replace it.
