Rated 1 out of 5 by from This has the worst battery issues I have ever seen Ok, I know that it will sound crazy but this is 100% true. I got a zero percent nd new LG tribute dynasty about 4 months ago. From the start it had this problem determining how much battery it had. You see, I use my phone a lot and I don't always have the ability to keep it on a charger, so I tend to run it down to zero percent regularly. The problem is that when I plug it in at zero, the charging screen says it is at 36, 47, 15%, it's not and if I take it off and turn it on. It will still claim the same amount. Then either starts dropping percentage by the second or shuts down suddenly. The phone got stolen (good luck to the thief), I had it insured and got a replacement. The very first time I plugged it in, same issue! I can find no help from either LG or Boost. Boost actually still directs you to their app to do a diagnostic, only they completely changed the app and it no longer has a diagnostic, and that's all they can offer apparently. LG's support page, well it doesn't have anything about how to fix anything like this issue and the manual is useless. They suggest things like, if you have a dead battery, a possible solution would be to charge it! Really? Thanks for the help LG.
