Rated 3 out of 5 by from The volume gets turned down or off easily and not happy with the camera but all in all, it's works pretty good for an inexpensive phone

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Watch out for issues I have had this phone about 1 year. Worked great then started to go down hill. Screen going black for no reason, freezing up, battery drains down to nothing fast, wont turn off at times, camera issues, overall nothing but issues after 6 months. They start off slowly so you think no biggy just a fluke. Then It becomes more to the point you'll regret buying this phone. If it wasnt for all these issues it would be a great phone. Sadly I don't plan on buying another LG. This is the 2nd LG phone to mess up on me. The 1st one I had lasted 5 years because I take care of my phones like they are made of glass. Very disappointed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This phone has never stopped working, it's strong. I bought this as a temporary in 2018, for $150, to use until my new iPhone, $600 could be fixed. I was not a fan of Androids, still not. But this phone never gives up! If only the T-Mobile person who sold it to me, had given me any instructions on how to use it, or the website, so I could've learned, as I went back 3 times for help. As a result, I'm still figuring it out, it's very complex to me, but I can tell it's a good phone! Don't scrimp on the case, get a good one for it, and it will survive anything unharmed.
