What people are saying

Rated 4 out of 5 by from great specs, very fragile I want to love it but it is too fragile to be used as intended (without a book type case). the gizmo mode is cool but i did not practically used it. Honestly, if you need to record videos with a gizmo you are probably a professional video maker who will prefer a stand alone gizmo with a professional camera rather than use this.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Phone I have ever owned! I am already on my second phone from Verizon. Went through 2 sim cards on the first one, and now second one doesn't work right at all! Apps don't work properly, can't set ringers to what I want them to be. Hard to find certain features on the phone, and verizon customer service is worthless to deal with. So unfortunately I seem to be stuck with this piece of garbage until I pay it off and can get a different phone. Thought it would be cool with the 2 screens, but nope, just junk!

Can you add a memory card? And can it do things such as take a heart rate and oxygen level measurement? Finally, I was told LG was getting out of the smartphone business, is that true?

I have the Wing and my fingerprint is on it. But my seven year old unlocked it with his fingerprint and I was also able to use some of my other fingers to unlock it. Should I take it back to Verizon or is there another fix?

Asked by: KiaG
You may want to have the LG WING™ 5G | Verizon, Model # LMF100VMYAVRZAY inspected by Verizon if the fingerprint recognition is not working, however, there is a note in the owner's manual for the phone that states "Your fingerprint can be used by the device for user identification. Very similar fingerprints from different users may be recognized by the fingerprint sensor as the same fingerprint". You may want to check the 'Precautions for fingerprint recognition' on page 24 for a better understanding of the fingerprint recognition accuracy and what factors can decrease its accuracy...^IFV

a few questions , that no one has asked. 1) after the release of the WING, will there be future versions for a world market? 2) conformal coatings are wonderful, as such, why not offer a USER REPLACEABLE battery? 3) will you release the KDZ?

If I preorder from this site and get the Verizon model. Is it locked to Verizon? Or would I be able to switch to to another carrier

Asked by: Mac Junky
All Verizon phones are locked to Verizon and. You cannot unlock a Verizon phone since Verizon is a CDMA carrier and only uses SIM cards for its 4G LTE and 5G services. All LTE networks in the US are using GSM technology, as CDMA Technology can't handle LTE. Due to this, newer Verizon and Sprint phones all use a SIM card. You could use the phone with other GSM carriers like T-Mobile or AT&T if the 4G LTE and 5G services from T-Mobile or AT&T support the same frequency bands as Verizon's services...^IFV

In the phone's Specs, above, it states the Charging is through Micro USB, but that port in the pictures looks awfully like a USB-C port to me. So my question is which is actually correct on the phone LG will be shipping?
