Rated 1 out of 5 by from Phone sucks I bought this phone 2 weeks ago, and now when charging the battery, it gets real hot, and the battery does not keep a charge. Plus, the camera does not stay on for me to take pictures.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Can't move apps to SD Card I should get a prize for finding my model number on the unalphabetized list. It's an LG K22 but listed as this somewhere else. Apparently ALL LG's can't move apps to SD card, so the card is full because of all the garbage that's installed by the system. Phone works ok, but the voice is really low - I hate using the speaker but I have to. I don't think it's 5G capable, but I'm not sure. The LG line is shutting down anyway, so eh. Nice big screen - good thing because the "high contrast fonts" setting makes Google Assistant unreadable.

Can it open .exe files?

You will need to download and install an app like Install Inno Setup Extractor from the Google Play Store on your LG LG K22™ | UScellular, Model # LMK200QM then use your file browser to locate the exe file, and open that file with the app. Inno Setup Extractor will then extract the .exe on your Android phone, and you can check out those files afterward. The other method would be to use a DOS Box. There are a lot of DOS boxes available on the Google Play Store...^Ivan
