I bought this phone back in June and have had problems with it since.Now my screen is locked and says "Firmware update do not unplug the USB connection until the process is complete" and I've had no access on my paid phone through boost on July 20th, Can you explain this? I paid the bill and now can't use the phone? I think you or Boost mobile should send me a new phone since I have no access to using mine?
