Rated 4 out of 5 by from User interface needs improvement. No mobile device guidance available, other than by calling tech support. LG mobile phone user PDF info file mostly useless, due to either extremely limited "title" problem or query "starting point" in PDF file to answer questions on "what to do to solve my problem." Ex.1: How do i remove/add an app icon to my "on" home splash screen. Ex.2: Easily accessible display screens showing icon symbols with brief explanations plus "word-steps" to go to display options to change to preferred process. (Yeah, I know, that's a lot of used up memory.) Ex.3: Physical removable sticker on the screen with arrow & "Push me" to turn on the phone. (Same for Volume up/down sticker; & other buttons.) Ex.4: URL for computer (or mobile phone) access to extensive library of features available from phone usage. From the extensive "pages" of screen choices, I probably am using less than 3% of possible apps. I have no way of knowing what's available to use, other than calling/receiving phone calls, plus a msg or 2. Conclusion, a novice, such as I, have no clue on how to use the many options available.

Does this phone meet the new 2021 VLTE standard with Tracfone?

The LG K31™ | Spectrum Mobile, Model # LMK300QM6 is assigned to Spectrum Mobile who has its own standards so it will not meet the 2021 VLTE standard with Tracfone. Mobile phones that are assigned to Tracfone and support VLTE will be designed to meet Tracfone's 2021 VLTE standard...^IFV

is there a way to change the sound (not volume) when talking? It sounds like you're on speaker phone (on both ends) when you're not. Adjusting volume doesn't help. I didn't see any options to help or change sound quality.

The LG K31™ | Spectrum Mobile, Model # LMK300QM6ARCHSV is assigned to Spectrum Mobile as indicated in the title, and Spectrum Mobile uses Verizon's network to provide coverage and its phones are CDMA phones. Verizon is a CDMA network and CDMA phones are not compatible with AT&T's network which is a GSM network...^IFV

AT&T uses GSM and Verizon uses CDMA and they are not compatible. Switch to T-Mobile or Sprint if you want to keep your phone.
