Rated 2 out of 5 by from Notification problems Not sure why I did not bring it up right away. Maybe it was because I thought it was my fault on not knowing how to run the phone. I had a Harmony 2 and the charging port quit working so I had to upgrade. I wanted the same phone but I guess they came out with two new versions. I stuck with the Harmony 4 and it 90% of the time won't notify me there is a text message. I have to open the app to even see if I have any and most of the time there are three or more in the box and the phone never toned. Does not matter if it is a contact or a random number. No notification. Told my friends and family to call if they need any thing. Trying to get with cricket now in the warranty department but they won't return my calls. It has been two days.
