Rated 1 out of 5 by from Save your money I accidentally got this phone twice. First time I had service with cricket. Want sure if it was the service or the phone. So when I switched to att prepaid, I forgot I already had that phone before. It turns out it was the phone. Phone didn't ring when I got calls. Ringer was always on. Couldn't answer some text messages. Sound quality was bad, hard to hear people talking. While reading articles, phone would just go back to home screen. Phone also would get hot if on longer than an hour. Constantly charging phone. I do not recommend this phone at all. Hope this helps someone make their decision.
