Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Phone I have had this phone for several years. It has been reliable. The battery has not been replaced yet. I live in a very rural place, and this phone has been great about not dropping calls. Some of my friends with more expensive phones complain that their service is in and out, but this LG phone never has had a problem with reception.

Why did my phone lock me out every time I try to put in my pin it says it's incorrect but I know it is correct. It won't let me get into my phone at all I tried over 40 times trying to get into it but it won't let me in. Can someone please help me out?

Asked by: Animelover
If you have not changed your pin for the LG Escape® Plus, Model # LMX320CM and simply forgot,it could be a factory error or a technical glitch on the phone. If your Android phone is not unlocking with the correct pin, it means the Android OS does not recognize your PIN code or pattern anymore. Repeatedly entering a pin code the system considers incorrect can block your phone, and then you would need to use the Personal Unblocking Key PUK code. That is why you are advised to stop before getting to 10 attempts. The issue might only be a temporary technical glitch and not a major system error, and if so, a simple reboot should give the phone a few minutes to get back on track. Press and hold down the Power button until the Restart option appears on the screen. Tap Restart and wait until your phone reboots. But don't enter the PIN code or pattern as soon as your device has rebooted. When the Android lock screen comes on, give it a minute or two before entering your correct pin or pattern. You could be lucky and the phone will recognize the pin this time...^Ivan

why cant i hear text messages being sent to me while im on this phone when my other phones i could

Asked by: kathoi
Please pardon us but we are not clear on your inquiry about the LG Escape® Plus | Cricket Wireless, Model # LMX320CM and will need some clarification. If you are asking if the phone will read your texts, this feature (as well as sending texts using your voice) is available through Google and the free apps that you can download from Google Play. Google is installed on your phone by default and it provides basic voice texting functionality without additional software. Open the Google app, select More in the lower-right corner, then select Settings > Voice Match & see if voice matching is activated. If you have the feature, you can turn on the Access with Voice Match toggle switch. When you speak the 'Show me my last message' command, Google announces the sender of the previous five messages. Then, it asks if you want each message to be read or skipped. Those you approve are read aloud. After each message is read, you have the option to send a reply using your voice....^Ivan

Can I use a mini USB to HDMI cable from this phone to a tv, to see Internet (you tube, amazon prime) from this phone in television?

Asked by: LAN78
A mini USB to HDMI converter cable will not work with the LG Escape® Plus | Cricket Wireless, Model # LMX320CMAAIOPL or with any other phone to stream from apps on the TV. Some TVs have a screen mirroring function that will let you display the phone's screen on the TV if both the TV and the phone are connected to the same network. The phone and LG TVs support Wi-Fi Direct which allows you to connect the phone to the TV so you can share data directly with the TV...^IFV
