Rated 1 out of 5 by from The App is the Great Let Down I have had this life band for less than a week... The band itself is fine... the App is atrociously disappointing. The App has not been updated in almost a year and while it worked for the first few days it now crashes every time I want to sync with the Lifeband... especially since completing the iOS9 update, so until this is sorted, I am incredibly disappointed. What use is a decently designed product when the accompanying software/App render it useless?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Definately Disappointed & Angry This activity tracker really failed! constantly wants to sync & then closes out the app! At the end of the day I want to be able to open the app and see my results and end up very disappointed. This was a total waste of money. I've only had it 4 days and already I want to throw it out the window! I think the problem starts whenever the workout mode is used, it seems to short circuit the tracker in some way. I'm already looking for another brand online that won't let me down.

How close does the phone have to be to the lifeband like range wise.

I have LG phone I need a life band that has a heart monitor for a LGL33L phone compatibility do you sell one?

I updated my lifeband touch some time back since then they screen is just symbols is there a way to reset it?

HAVE BEEN GIFTED ONE OF THESE FOR CHRISTMAS, APP CONTINUES TO CRASH AS SOON AS I TURN THE ON THE BLUETOOTH FOR THE LG LIFEBAND??? WHEN WILL THE APP BE UPDATED?? CANT USE SOMETHING THAT COST A LOT OF MONEY AS THE BAND CANT BE USED WITHOUT THE APP..
