What people are saying

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad experience with OEM battery I got an OEM battery. Every word/logo is 100% like the original BL-44E1F but is missing the LG seal on its plastic envelope. It last very few hours, even if it is just "stand-by". Once it goes down to 50%, in a matter of minutes phone stop working. Really very very disappointing. I bought this LG V20 just because it had the accessible battery. Perhaps the latest OS 8.0.0 has something to do with this inferior battery performance, like what happened with iPhones 6 & 7 ? I wonder if LG has any good solution to this shameful situation.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did not last long at all Bought 2 of these batteries and within 7 months the battery wouldn't hold charge for more than a few hours. They got hot and swelled up very quickly.

I have an LG V20. If my phone battery drains unreasonably quick, like one percent per two minutes my screen is on, whether I'm on an app or call, would buying a replacement battery fix the issue? Or is it the phone that has the issues?

Asked by: Tyler2112
Replacing the battery would be a great place to start and may resolve the issue. If replacing the battery does not resolve the issue, a deeper problem will exist and we would need to take a look at what is happening. I own an LG v20 since Nov 2016. Now I need to change the battery because it last only 4 hours... How is it possible that LG doesn't have batteries to sell???? This is ridiculous!!! Nobody have the original. I don't think I will buy again LG.

Asked by: Vince of LA
It is the phone. It does not fully charge the battery. I am on my THIRD LG V20 from warranty, and my phone is not even paid off yet. And this 3rd phone is now having the same issues as the 1st and 2nd!!! I am never buying LG again. My previous LG had the touch screen just stop working....and that was my replacement phone from warranty. I do not remember what the 1st issue was. The only reason I bought LG again was because Samsung has issues with their phone. NEVER again.
