My unit set on 3 = 38-40 deg, set on highest level @ 5 = 36-40 deg not much deference. Also I do not feel any air blowing out from the vents from freezer or frig, is this normal ? This is the 2nd frig in a month I returned the first frig due to it not cooling at all. I just purchased this model because of the revues this model had. Thanks Robert
We regret the trouble you have experienced with this refrigerator and its settings. If both settings are on their MAXIMUM COLDNESS level, and no air flow is experienced, then it is likely that there is some buildup or blockage in the air duct, potentially caused by freezing or icing the the duct. It is recommended to deactivate the refrigerator, and allow it to remain inactive for about 4 hours. Clean up any water/melt from the unit before reactivating the device. Set the controls to their middle settings for about 24 hours to reach the initial operating conditions. If the unit still does not operate properly, then the unit may require service.
