What people are saying

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product is very nice The only thing I wish is that I could see bottom shelf and bottom door shelf better. Overall a good refrigerator.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love just about everything about this product I'm very happy with this product. Love the lighting and the fact that large milk containers fit in the door. The only thing I would change is either having the refrigerator door shelves adjustable or having more space between the bottom door shelve and the next one up. The closeness makes it hard to tip out a full gallon of milk, however that is not a big enough issue for me to prevent me from giving it an excellent rating.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Stainless is hard to keep clean The stainless steel is hard to keep clean. I don't like not having door handles. It makes other touch the stainless part of the door. How many refrigerators do you see without door handles. The ice maker make plenty of ice for four adults. Te shelf's are spaced a little weird. A pitcher of ice tea and a 2 liter bottle just fits on the sides. Nice other than that. I would recommend.

I have three lights on my ice maker only the center one is lit what does that mean

Asked by: C be c
The indicator lights on the side of the ice maker are generally in place for the amount of water allowed into the ice tray per cycle. The middle light indicates a medium-sized ice cube.

Direct to some information about leveling the refrigerator please.

Asked by: Charlie3
We appreciate your interest in this refrigerator and its features. The leveling of the cabinet is performed by the same steps provided, on page 12 of the owner’s manual, relating to Door Alignment. If necessary, adjust the Leveling Legs to compensate for unevenness of the floor. A diagram is provided to show how this is done.

How to keep the freezer shut?

How do you keep the freezer door shut as it keeps bouncing open when the lower door is closed?
Asked by: maestro141
We regret the inconvenience you have experienced with this refrigerator. The impact of the air pressure inside the refrigerator, when the door closes can rush back into the freezer compartment, can cause the freezer door to open. This has been known to occur with most, if not all refrigerator manufacturers. The pressure in the door seal can be related directly to the difference between the air temperature inside the compartment, and outside it.

how do you set the humidity for the two bottom bins

explain please how to set the two humidity bars
Asked by: nanken
It would seem that the humidity controls, for the crisper bins of the refrigerator, are adjusted simply by sliding the adjuster bar. The VEGETABLE setting is narrower, retaining more of the humidity insider the compartment. The FRUIT setting is more open, allowing more of the humidity to escape. The controls can also be set to many variations in between these settings.

What is the Max coldness in the frig set on 3-5 levels

My unit set on 3 = 38-40 deg, set on highest level @ 5 = 36-40 deg not much deference. Also I do not feel any air blowing out from the vents from freezer or frig, is this normal ? This is the 2nd frig in a month I returned the first frig due to it not cooling at all. I just purchased this model because of the revues this model had. Thanks Robert
Asked by: AzRobert
We regret the trouble you have experienced with this refrigerator and its settings. If both settings are on their MAXIMUM COLDNESS level, and no air flow is experienced, then it is likely that there is some buildup or blockage in the air duct, potentially caused by freezing or icing the the duct. It is recommended to deactivate the refrigerator, and allow it to remain inactive for about 4 hours. Clean up any water/melt from the unit before reactivating the device. Set the controls to their middle settings for about 24 hours to reach the initial operating conditions. If the unit still does not operate properly, then the unit may require service. To make service arrangements, you may either contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000, or you can check our Repair Provider Lookup on our website, at

What is the paint part number of the sides of the unit

I want the touch up paint code for the sides of the unit having Grey Color I am not sure which one to buy among these part numbers : TUP-3796TG or TUP3796PG or TUP-3796DG. Kindly help.
Asked by: pillar
We appreciate your interest in this refrigerator. According to our records, the TUP-3796DG is a Dark Green finish. The TUP-3796TG is a Titanium finish, while the TUP-3796PG is Pearl Gray. This last should most closely match the sides on a Stainless Steel refrigerator.
