Can it be used with DC 12V ?
The ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 20 cu. ft. Top-Freezer Refrigerator, Model # LTCS20020B cannot be run on a DC voltage and 12 V is inadequate. It has to be plugged into a dedicated, properly grounded outlet rated at 115 V ~ 60 Hz, AC or 127 V ~ 60 Hz AC, and fused at 15 or 20 Amps...^Ivan

I want to find a LG garage ready refrigerator. Do you make one.
No, LG does not offer a garage ready unit. Most units need to be installed in an area between 55°F (13°C) and 110°F (43°C). If the surrounding temperature is lower or higher than previously mentioned, it can adversely affect the unit. ^Daphane

In the freezer, back left hand side, there is something that appears to be an outlet for something to be plugged in. Mine does not have an ice maker so wondered what that is for. There is no light in the freezer so wondered if that was the purpose?
