Rated 1 out of 5 by from OLED burn in on news channels - 3-5 day call back? This is my first and last LG OLED. After spending thousands my TV lasted less than two years before permanent burn in happened. Apparently there are issues and LG reported they would call me back within 3 days from an international number due to heavy issue volume on these TVs. Terrible customer experience and one year warranty on a clearly defective technology is terrible as is waiting 3 to 5 days for a call back. i cannot believe this and support combination. Sad and disappointed former customer.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Screen burn-in Ib0ught this TV in Dec 2018. Just after the warranty expired a burned in image of the Fox news banner has been permanently displayed on the screen. LG rep said they do not warranty this issue

Hi. Thinking about buying a 2017 model of this tv. What apps are available on it. Particularly interested in Hulu, Netflix, Amazon and Youtube.

TV is connected to PC, have it set to 1080p in the PC “game mode” input setting. When put to 120hz, the colors are very washed out and very light. When I put it back to 60hz the colors are much more true. No other setting changed. What is causing this is?

On-line research indicates there is no solution for "logo/screen" burn in for my OLED65B7P. Is the Samsung QLED my next option? They are cheaper than the $2600 I paid for this TV. Expected it to last more than 18 months. Yes, have used pixel refresh

Hi, I am being stationed in Europe (Naples Italy) with the military and I have the B7A. I am wondering if this tv can be used their with no issues. I would be using a cable box there and have my US Xbox One attached.

Asked by: Damion1day
Hello, this TV is manufactured for use in the USA and does require 120Vac for optimal operation, however, the TV can withstand up to 240Vac with an adapter if needed.^AC
