What people are saying

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great picture doesn't matter if screen is burned I have been very diligent with this tv on not exposing it to anything where burn in would be possible. It is mostly for watching movies and netflix. No video games where the HUD in some games could burn in, or sports/news where the info bar on the bottom could burn in. I run the pixel refresh once a month. It seems the burn in is caused by the television getting too hot, which must be a defect as the longest continual use has been a 5 hour stretch. I've noticed after the tv being on for few hours it is very hot where the the burn in has occured and less so the farther away you touch.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great picture quality when not burned into screen I have owned this TV for 2 years . I watch a morning news chanel before work 3 days a week for an hour. I have all the relevant pixel shifting and run the cleaner every now and again. But having image retention for less than 3 hours per week is ludicrous. I knew this could happen but not so quick. Now I have a TV that I am discussed at watchband regretting my purchase, this didn't happen to my last old! Come on LG

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Burn in after 18 months on our OLED65B7A Much to our surprise we experienced burn in on our screen after 18 months. I thought these new screens were incapable of this anomaly? We contacted LG and after some back and forth, they sent a tech out to our home and replaced the entire screen. We now have a properly performing TV again. Thanks, LG, for restoring our faith in your product.

On-line research indicates there is no solution for "logo/screen" burn in for my OLED65B7P. Is the Samsung QLED my next option? They are cheaper than the $2600 I paid for this TV. Expected it to last more than 18 months. Yes, have used pixel refresh

Hi, I am being stationed in Europe (Naples Italy) with the military and I have the B7A. I am wondering if this tv can be used their with no issues. I would be using a cable box there and have my US Xbox One attached.

Asked by: Damion1day
Hello, this TV is manufactured for use in the USA and does require 120Vac for optimal operation, however, the TV can withstand up to 240Vac with an adapter if needed.^AC
