TRIES TO BE A GOOD TV
The LG OLED TV is used on a part time basis, overall it has good features yet in a short time an image has burned into the center of the screen fading outward with a green tint. Our other LG OLEG does not have this annoying image so we know the problem TV should be covered for replacement, we were advised it will not be replaced.

Great tv
For a first generation model it's a great tv but does have some flaws that have been addressed in latter generations. Over time the tv has experienced some burn-in and a loss of a few pixels in the far outside corner but overall still very watchable, excellent colors and perfect blacks and still better than most of the lcd screens out there. The only other problems I've had with it is the lack of some apps in the store so you might want to invest in a firestick or roku.

Are there any firmware updates that allow the C7P to be Alexa compatible?
Regrettably, the LG C7 OLED 4K HDR Smart TV - 65'' Class (64.5'' Diag), Model # OLED65C7P cannot be upgraded for Alexa compatibility via a firmware upgrade. That would require a hardware upgrade...^IFV

LG already announced that 2018 and 2017 OLEDs will not be receiving a firmware upgrade that adds support for AirPlay 2 so the 2017 LG C7 OLED 4K HDR Smart TV - 65'' Class (64.5'' Diag), Model # OLED65C7P will not be receiving that upgrade...^IFV

I have owned this tv for about 1 year and am noticing the colors being off in the center of the tv. Seems to be lacking red or being heavy on the blue. The color yellow appears greenish. What can I do?
