Rated 1 out of 5 by from TERRIBLE VACUUM I keep tryin to write one star reviews for this waste of money, and they are not appearing, and so this review will not be as lengthy. I have Dyson, Shark, and had great hopes for this vacuum, especially after the online reviews of how great this vacuum is. Bring your own…just something….from your home to test the vacuum in the store. My model boasted how great it would help with my pet and hard to reach places, but there was no great suction. Nothing impressive at all. Also, I bought the model that has the charging station. So, LG’s newest brag. It did not even properly vacuum underneath my bed and on a hardwood floor. I am getting my Shark for the job. Very disappointed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Terrible to Maintain I gave this to my wife for a Christmas present. Within the first month of using the product debris began to get above the Kompressor. This makes it a chore to clean it every time you vacuum. Because there is hair (human) in the debris, it is especially difficult to pull it all out. You can't just open the dust bin to empty it. You have to remove the cyclone filter, pull the Kompressor down, reach up inside the dust bin, and remove the debris every time you empty the bin. I called customer service, and they know that it's a problem. They gave me tips to clean it to get it working properly again. I spent 2 hours cleaning it meticulously, and it did not solve the issue. I will probably return it, or send it in.

How does it charge?  Does it have to be hanging on a wall to charge?  Is the charger movable so it can be plugged in anywhere?
