Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love my new fridge! I have to make a disclaimer that the fridge this one replaced was over 20 years old, so probably anything would have impressed me. I've had this fridge for over 2 months now and almost every day when I open it, I say "I love my fridge"! This fridge holds a lot of stuff! I'm particularly noticing it with milk. I was a little concerned with the design of the produce drawers, because they seemed so shallow. However, I seem to be able to fit at least as much in them as my old fridge, and the meat drawer definitely holds more. The space just seems to be arranged more efficiently or something. I like the bottom freezer design--I'm able to keep track of what's in the fridge better when it's at eye level, and we've had less wasted food. Having a freezer at the bottom makes it a little harder with frozen foods, but I'm not in there as much as the fridge. The ice seems to have a slightly off taste, but that may be because the hose is new. Others have reviewed that it's noisy, but I haven't noticed that. The thermometer I keep in the fridge shows it's a degree or two warmer that what's shown on the panel, so keep that in mind. And it is a big fridge, so make sure you measure. Because of the way our kitchen is designed, that wasn't a big issue. Keep in mind that magnets won't work on the stainless steel front, but will work on the sides.

Me drain pumps runs and won’t shut off unless you unplug it. Soon as you plug it back in and push the power button it starts running again.

Our washer (WT4970CW) is about three years old, at about 1 year or so we started to see dark marks on our whites and light colored marks on the darks and colors. This only occurred occasionally, as time has gone on we started to notice it every wash! ???

Asked by: Shanedw
Hello Shanedw, sounds like the units has a build up of detergent and or fabric softener. The unit is designed for only HE products and since it is an HE unit, it does use less or require less. Also, the unit should have the Maintenance performed regularly, at least monthly, as per the manual. This information starts on page 28 of the manual found in the link provided. If the Tub Clean has not been performed regularly, the unit might require it be professionally taken apart and cleaned out. ^AC http://www.lg.com/us/support-product/lg-WT4970CW

My washer has a code of "dr", however it is not draining. It started with code OE and I followed the troubleshoot guide to force drain it "turn on/start cycle/pause cycle"..so i removed the blanket that was in there and went to run a cycle.

Asked by: LisaS
We do apologize about the issue you are experiencing with the washer. The "dr" code indicates that the unit is draining from an error code being displayed for greater than 4 minutes. The OE error code indicates the washer is draining slowly or not at all. It is suggested to make sure the drain hose is free of clogs, kinks, etc., and is not pinched behind or under the washer. If this is not the case, the unit may require service. Please contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000 for better assistance.

Its seems a if my clothes aren't getting clean like they did the first few months of use. Is the a filter i need to be cleaning? If so, where is it and how do i go about cleaning it?

Asked by: darccyyy
We regret the trouble you have experienced with this washing machine. There is no filter for the top-load machines. It is therefore suggested to run the recommended TUB CLEAN cycle once a month to prevent any detergent buildup within the drum. It is also suggested to leave the lid open to properly air out the machine.
