Responsibility

Warranty
  • ● Provides warranty policy training to appropriate service center branch employees and internal customers
  • ● Examine the warranty services offered and performed by service center whether claim data is reasonable. If the case meets the standards approve it. Separate exceptional cases.
  • ● Receives, evaluates and processes warranty claims in a timely manner following the closing of repair work orders
  • ● Tracks service center turn-around time on warranty claims
  • ● Manage service center’s claim and payment status. Discuss with relevant departments when issues happen and then adjust.
  • ● Performs other duties as requested by manager

Return

  • ● Day to day processing returns submission after approved by immediate manager and updating the system any new requests
  • ● Ensuring all return tasks meet the required levels of accuracy and quality including documentation
  • ● Co-ordinate Product Returns with Warehouse, Service Center, Sales and Dealers in arranging product delivery and collection
  • ● Ensuring that return tasks are completed according to procedures in a timely manner, ensuring appropriate prioritization
  • ● Working to a defined process within Product Return team
  • ● Performs other duties as requested by manager


Requirements

  • ● Candidate must possess at least Diploma
  • ● Minimum 2’ experience in customer experience
  • ● An understanding of the importance of delivering excellent customer service
  • ● High levels of passion, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
  • ● Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously plus ad hoc requests.
  • ● Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • ● Good organization skills and ability to plan workload effectively, copes well under pressure- meeting objectives & deadlines 
  • ● Fluent English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin languages
  • ● Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)
  • ● Good communication skills both written and verbal
