Great job LG! First the design is sleek and compact it looks great with my tv. The features hi res sound its great when listening to music or watching movies.

WORST LG SOUND BAR
Subwoofer is not working anymore. Bought this June last year and it broke just after the warranty expired. Called customer service and they were charging me for the spare parts and labor cost almost the same price of the actual cost of this product.

Unresolved ongoing quality issue
I see LG Customer Service reply in all of these comments about the issue with splitting at the seams, but what have they done to fix this issue. I've owned 2 pairs in 2 years, and they both split at the seam at the neck.

LG, what have you done to fix this issue? I won't be buying another pair until they can guarantee that this is fixed.

Confusing
I changed companies from Direct TV to Spectrum after buying this tv. Now I’m told that the Direct is imbedded in my unit. And if watching any subscription programs such as Netflix and returning to the Spectrum remote from using the LG one, it becomes confusing for anyone who is unfamiliar with the “ritual” of switching. Too complicated for us.

Great Picture But Multiple Remotes Needed
The picture is stunning! I would rate this as a 5 star if it wasn't for the pain of needing multiple remotes to use with Xfinitity. By now TV manufacturers and content providers should be able to work with each other to improve the customer experience. But they do not. So I cannot rate the TV higher. Actually considered a lower rating, but the picture is so good that I kept it as 4 stars
