Subtitle doesn't appear when I play a video
Check Point :
※ Is the movie is having subtitles based on the specs format required by your product.
※ Is the selection of language is correct and compatible with the player.
※ Is the movie downloaded in the correct format Mp4, MKV, Divx based on the subtitles format ..
Please try other Movie with Subtitles appear and check the format of the movie and convert or add the subtitles if not correct based on product specs.
How to fix
①Check the Menu if the Disc Caption is off. ( Check the Movie if the subtitles is available in your movie folder based on the required format )
②Select the language in the Title Menu. ( During downloading or converting movie files must check the subtitles or add the folder )
③For Divx files, the file name for video and subtitle must correspond and be saved in the same folder.
※ You can select the language while watching movie by pressing SUBTITLE LANGUAGE on the remote control and you can change the language by pressing display button.
