I cannot use voice recognition on Magic Remote This can be the reason The Magic Remote is not registered. It’s not connected to the internet. Try this. Is your Magic Remote registered to the TV? Press the wheel button to register the remote control to the TV. If the pointer does not appear on the screen when you shake the remote control, it means the remote control is not registered. Still can’t register Magic Remote to the TV? Reset the remote control and make the registration again. How to reset Magic Remote Press and hold [Back] and [Home] button together for more than 5 seconds to disconnect the remote control. The power button will flash three times when the remote control is disconnected. Press the wheel button again to re-register the remote control. The reset method may differ by the model of the remote control so please read your Owner’s Manual for more information. Remote control is working but can’t use voice recognition? Connect it to the internet. If it’s not connected to the internet, the voice recognition function won’t work and will ask you to connect it to an internet.
